Aletto Hotel Potsdamer Platz Berlin

This hotel is fantastic value for money. It's in a great area of the city, right next to a metro station and within close walking distance to the U-bahn. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the rooms are comfortable with the added bonus of air conditioning. The breakfast offered is also excellent for the price.

No major issues, everything was great.

During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of things that I really liked about this hotel. the staff was amazing! They were helpful and took the time to recommend the best things to do in the city. Their knowledge and enthusiasm really made a difference. Another great aspect was the breakfast. It was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the best part was that it had long opening times, allowing me to sleep in after a late night. the hotel had a well-stocked bar that stayed open until midnight, perfect for enjoying a few drinks in the evening.

There were a few aspects of this hotel that I didn't particularly enjoy. The first was the lack of comfort in the rooms.

It is also conveniently located near a metro station, great for easy access to the city center and other attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, with modern and clean rooms. The facilities are great, with a nice summer terrace on the roof and a bar and Italian restaurant in the lobby. The staff are helpful and available 24/7, ensuring a pleasant experience. WiFi connection is stable, with easy access to the internet.

We loved the modern urban decor of the hotel, especially in the communal areas and our bedrooms. The innovative storage spaces, like hangers on the wall and space under the bed for suitcases, were very convenient. The bathroom design and tiling were impressive, and the walk-in shower with adjustable pressure was a great feature. The soundproof windows and automatic blinds made for a peaceful and comfortable experience. The roof terrace offered stunning views of local landmarks, perfect for enjoying the morning sun and watching sunsets. The bar had good quality hot drinks and great value beer. The hotel's location near the train station provided easy access to both the city center and the airport.

Felt so welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

The friendly staff provides excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including separate items like coffee and sandwiches. The rooftop area provides a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Berlin skyline.

Aletto Hotel Potsdamer Platz is a clean and new hotel with very compact rooms. The staff were friendly and cute, even to our dog, and the hotel is conveniently located near a tram line and train station. The facilities on site, such as the roof terrace and board games, were enjoyable. I also appreciated the effort made by the staff to return my lost item after my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
